Sunday School
Become a part of the fellowship at Southview by attending one of out adult Sunday School classes. Sunday School starts at 9:45 a.m.
Sojourners - meets in the Church library (next to the Church office)
Crusaders - meets in the Crusaders classroom (just around the corner from the Fellowship Hall)
Fellowship Forum - meets in the Fellowship Hall

Bible Studies
Bible study is a vital part of Southview's spiritual life. There are several Bible study opportunities each week:

New Beginning Bible Class , taught by Rev. Pearson, is held weekly at three different times. Classes meet from September through May. To get started, just come to any class.
Wednesday...6:30 - 7:20 p.m. (childcare provided)
Thursday......10:30 - 11:20 a.m.
Thursday......7:30 - 8:20 p.m.

Circle of Friends , is a weekly fellowship and non-denominational Bible study for moms of preschoolers, moms of older children, moms-to-be and women of all ages. Food, fellowship, study, prayer and fun are all rolled up into one here! The group meets in the Crusaders Classroom on Wednesday 9:15 - 10:30 a.m. and childcare is provided.

Sanctuary Choir
You do not have to know how to read music, or have a trained voice to be welcome in the choir. Rehearsal is Wednesday night at 7:30 in the choir loft. Childcare is provided.

United Methodist Women
& United Methodist Men
The UMW and the UMM are two groups that put faith into action! The groups meet monthly from September through May in the Fellowship Hall for a shared meal and often shared speakers. Missions supported by the UMW include The Turning Point battered women's shelter and Trinity Outreach Program for inner city youth. The UMM are involved in several funding projects throughout the year. Both groups meet the 1st Tuesday of each month. Childcare is provided.

UMVIM The United Methodist Volunteers In Missions is supported by both the UMW & UMM, and members of both have participated in mission trips in Virginia, North Carolina, Tahiti, and Alaska. More mission trips are being planned as soon as arrangements can be made. Join us in lots of fun, good food and an abundance of hard work and love.
